What is Malaysian Cuisine?
Malaysian cuisine can be characterized as a culinary blend of diverse cultural groups. The Malays, Indians, and Chinese all exert significant influence and have their own distinct style of cooking and flavors. Other influences include Nyonya cuisine, Eurasian dishes, and the indigenous people of Borneo.
Satay House specializes in the traditional ‘Malay’ style of cooking, offering a range of eclectic dishes on the menu that reflect the diversity of Malaysian cuisine. This creates a unique dining experience for our guests, allowing them to savor the exotic delights of one of Asia’s most captivating countries.
