Pulut Lepa

Pulut Lepa, a snack made of glutinous rice and fish, is prepared over a barbecue. Fish meat is boiled and then mixed with sliced onions, dried chilies, and coconut. The mixture is cooked until it becomes dry, and it is then used as a filling for glutinous rice rolls. The rolls are wrapped in banana leaves before being cooked over the fire.
