Silat Martial Arts - Wednesdays | Ages 7+ | 8 Sessions
Course Information
This weekly class will use the Silat traditional martial arts syllabus. Amongst the many benefits of martial arts training, students will learn how to use their breathing combined with focusing their mind and their bodies. Enabling them to use the same focus they gain through training to apply them into their lives skills such as, studying at school, improved listening skills and emphasis on respect (Adab). Students will interact with other students in a very controlled environment promoting the essence of teamwork.
All students will leave the class feeling uplifted, positive and with increased confidence. This is one of our main objectives and our syllabus is geared towards promoting holistic health and well-being.

Wednesdays
6.20PM – 7.30PM Ages 7 to 16
7.30PM – 9.30PM – Ages 16+
